Want this set of cute vinyl Halloween faces!!

Just leave a comment on this post telling me what the cookie in image A is representing. I thought it would be more clear when the design was in my head but I think it is not that obvious.

I love the way Sweet Hope Cookies picks winners for her giveaways so I thought I would try to do something like she does.

First I put all the entries on one piece of paper...........

 

Then blind folded my almost 4 year old daughter...............

Gave her a couple of spins around and armed her with a sticker...............

And there you go..... Martha is the winner!!

Facebook 1K Giveaway

I know I said I would do a giveaway weeks ago, well I am finally doing it.  I just got done decorating the custom set of cookies for part of the prizes. I appreciate all the likes I got on my new page and I am excited to continue to make cookies and hopefully you can enjoy looking at them as well.

I used the cookies cutters I won from Sweet Hope Cookies 5K giveaway for the custom set I have made for the lucky winner. I also wanted to use my glass cutter, I don't drink alcohol but I thought margarita cookies would be cute. I bought me some candy containers that I thought would work great for cookie cutters, so now both myself and the lucky winner will have a cutter in Sponge-Bob, Elmo and a crown. I have also thrown in a amazon gift card just to say thanks and some spring cutters and a package of IKEA stencils.

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope that you all have a wonderful day getting stuffed with stuffing (my favorite) turkey, pies etc etc etc.

Here is what I did this week. I made the cookies for the winner of the drawing I had a few weeks ago of fall cookies. Congrats Brittany! Then I did a few thanksgiving cookies for my husbands family Thanksgiving gathering.



I tried some airbrushing on these cookies. I got the airbrush a month ago but just have not had the time to play with it.


These next cookies look just like the ones I did for cookie con but with different colors.



I also made some of the cookies Pumpkin spiced, you just add the same spices you put in pumpkin pie to your cookie recipe along with some brown sugar, which I forgot to do. :)




And these are the cookies that we are going to enjoy today!





I was totally inspired by Lilaloa and Sugarbelle on the turkeys. I love those ladies! In fact I got to meet Callye of Sugarbelle at Cookie Con.... see pic below.



I would love to meet Georgeanne of Lila Loa but she lives in Korea, she sure is one talented woman.

OK after today you can turn on your Christmas lights and listen to Christmas music! I so don't like going from Halloween to Christmas. I love Thanksgiving and wish it didn't get passed over so easily. :)

I just reached 100 likes on my Facebook page and I wanted to say thanks to my blog followers and Facebook friends. It may be a small number but I am so appreciative to those who do enjoy my work and give me support to continue my hobby.

Monday I went to Gygi Inc. to pick up a prize. On a prior visit I saw that they carried these cool Munchstache stamp/cookie cutters.

But on this trip they were all sold out. :-( .............But they had the Crustache!

This is the way to go to get the bang for your buck. The Crustache is made as a sandwhich cutter but you can use this as a cookie cutter no problem and you are getting 3 cookie cutters in 1!

Look at what great cookies they make!
