A friend of mine asked me to make some cookies for her to have at her sons football pep rally. I did a dozen of each design.
Jordan Beetdiggers colors are maroon and grey. I made some Jordan cheer cookies awhile ago and when doing these the memory of trying to get the maroon colored icing came flooding back. Let me tell you that maroon is a difficult color to achieve. I used all kinds of colors trying to get the right shade. I finally did it and I am sure that all of those boys who ate them had maroon mouths afterwards! :)
