So I have been taking the Wilton Method cake decorating classes at my local Michaels. It has been fun. Course 2 makes a bunch of different types of flowers out of royal icing and then we had to use our flowers we had made for 3 weeks and decorate a cake covered in basket weave on our last class. I think it turned out pretty good.
It looks great- can't believe you can do that at the end of your course. Looks like you've been making those flowers for years.
ReplyDeleteYou did an amazing job on your project cake!!! I just finished wilton course 4. I was actually sad that there are no more classes left because I enjoyed learning how to make flowers and decorate my tasty treats. Good luck in the next courses :)
