I love smores but sometimes i don't want to toast marshmallows so here is a quick substitute to do instead and the kids love to help with making these. All you need is three think frosting, crackers and chocolate chips.
You could use store bought vanilla icing and add marshmallow creme to it or you can make it your self which is wayyyyy better.

mini chocolate chips
marshmallow frosting
Marshmallow Buttercream
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups confectioners\' sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow creme or fluff
Instructions
Cream butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium until butter is light and fluffy.
Add in vanilla extract.
Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar.
Once fully combined, gently fold the marshmallow creme into the frosting.
